Overview

My yard was severely sloped. In order to put in the pool we had to put in two retaining walls. The 1st retaining wall is only 3” behind the pool.

We built the deck right up to the retaining wall. So the height of the deck plus the height of the retaining wall, makes it a long drop off the back of the deck.

It’s Done!! Your system worked great and the handrail brackets worked like a champ. I’ve taken pictures along the way. It took us approx 3 months to build it as we have gotten a record setting amount of rain over the last 2 months. I built the deck myself with my wife’s help for toting, holding and fetching stuff.
